ABOUT DRAGON FRUIT
Known locally as pitahaya, Ecuador’s dragon fruit thrives in the country’s rich volcanic soils and equatorial climate, which give it its vibrant color, balanced sweetness, and superior shelf life. Available in both yellow (Selenicereus megalanthus) and red (Hylocereus spp.) varieties, this exotic fruit is rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and B, fiber, and natural prebiotics, making it a favorite among health-conscious consumers worldwide.
Our fruits range from 160 g to 500 g (calibers 5–16). The high season runs from January–February and September–December, with a regular season in March, July, August, and November.

Red Dragon Fruit (White Flesh)
Our red dragon fruit with white flesh features a vibrant crimson skin and delicately sweet, refreshing pulp. Known for its high antioxidant content and elegant visual appeal.
Brix levels of 19–21° and a pH between 4.0 and 4.5. This fruit offers excellent sweetness and balanced acidity.
Packed in 4.5 Kg (10 Lb) cases.
Yellow Dragon Fruit
Our yellow dragon fruit is prized for its bright golden skin and translucent, intensely sweet pulp. Known for its aromatic flavor and high natural sugar content.
Brix levels between 19–21° and a pH of 4.0–4.5. Our yellow dragon fruit combines rich sweetness with a balanced acidity.

Red Dragon Fruit (Red Flesh)
This is a visually striking variety with deep crimson pulp and intense magenta skin. Its vibrant color, mild berry-like flavor, and rich antioxidant profile make it a favorite among buyers.
