Our dragon fruit is packed using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) — a technology that precisely controls oxygen, carbon dioxide, and humidity inside each package to preserve the fruit’s natural color, texture, and sweetness.
This process extends the fruit’s shelf life from 7–10 days after delivery to up to 25–30 days, without using preservatives or chemicals. The result is fruit that stays fresher for longer, reducing waste and giving importers, distributors, and retailers more flexibility in logistics, inventory, and delivery.
With MAP technology, every dragon fruit we ship arrives at its destination as fresh as the day it was harvested — a premium product that travels beautifully and delights consumers across the world. Quality that truly travels well.

Our facility, located near Quito Airport, covers 4000 square feet and includes a 322 square foot walk-in cooler designed for cold chain management and export logistics. It is due to open in March 2026. It will support both fresh fruit processing and MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) operations, allowing a flexible fresh/MAP split.
With an installed capacity of 360 metric tons per month, the warehouse will operate under strict hygiene and export standards. It will serve as the operational hub for premium Ecuadorian dragon fruit and other exotics destined for North American and European markets.

Excellence doesn’t happen by chance.
Our Dragon Fruit holds international certifications that validate every step of our process. Shipping only facilities are Global GAP certified. Processing facilities, including MAP hold HCCAP, IFS and BRC certification.
We meet the highest standards of safety and traceability, ensuring that every fruit that reaches your table is fresh, safe, and of trustworthy origin. Transparency, quality, and respect for the land. That’s what sets us apart.
Our new IQF (Individually Quick Freezing) facility, scheduled to be operational in the summer of 2028, is strategically located near Ecuador’s main dragon fruit–growing regions around Guayaquil.
IQF technology freezes each fruit piece individually at ultra-low temperatures, preserving its natural texture, color, and flavor while preventing clumping. This process ensures superior quality and freshness compared to conventional freezing. By operating close to growers, we reduce handling time and maintain cold-chain integrity from harvest to packaging.
The facility will enable large-scale export of Ecuadorian dragon fruit and other tropical fruits by refrigerated ocean freight, ensuring consistent quality and cost efficiency worldwide.
